Who the hell decided that?  Why have all the establishment GOP’ers unanimously decided to go for Romney?  He’s a political loser!  I really don’t understand how any smart man or woman in the GOP really gets up in the morning, and takes a look at Romney and thinks: yup.  HE can do it.  HE can beat Obama.

John McCain took Romney to town, and Obama will most likely wipe his clock if given the chance.  The real problem here with the Republican Party, is their incessant need to nominate the next douche bag in waiting.

(I’m a conservative, and I will most likely support Romney if he is the candidate – but I will pinch my nose and pull the lever for him – that’s it)

Which brings me to Rick Perry.  I like him.  I see all the bullshit in him everyone else does, don’t get me wrong, but I really like the guy.  3 term Governor…..  What happened to this country electing Governors?  We used to do that, ya know?  We actually used to reward a guy who really did manage something.

Perry’s record in Texas is stellar.  I can’t believe that Romney has successfully changed the conversation in a way that in this lifeless economy, a popular Governor with a FANTASTIC employment record can’t even poll 4th right now.

The problem for Perry was that he opened his mouth.  Or maybe that when he opened it, we realized he wasn’t smart enough to LOOK like he could defeat Obama.  However, Obama can’t win.  And like the little lady in front of me at the mid-term elections voting booths said: “She would vote for Daffy Duck before Obama again”.  Mabe Romney will be good.  But it’s a goddamn shame we’re picking leaders like contestants on American Idol.

You buy, whatever you don’t return.  Outsource your clothes selections, huh?  Let’s see how addictive this gets…
